MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WENT IN ON THE 30TH OF DECEMBER AND GOT OUR EYES EXAMINED AND PAID FOR OUR SERVICES BY CHECK, OF COURSE CHECK CLEARED THE BANK RIGHT AWAY. ON THE DATE PROMISED I CALLED ABOUT THE GLASSES AND WAS TOLD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DATE THAN WHAT WAS PROMISED AND A DIFFERENT DATE FROM THE PAPERWORK THAT I WAS GIVEN.

VERY RUDE PERSON WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY GLASSES, NO CARE, NO CONCERN, WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME WHEN MY GLASSES ARRIVED, NO DATE OR ANYTHING, REALLY.

YOU GET MY MONEY AND THEN YOULL WANT TO TALK BAD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, I WANT MY GLASSES OR SERVICES WHEN EXPECTED AS I WAS TOLD ON THE FRONT END. I DONT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO OR BEING TREATED RUDELY WHEN I CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES OR PRODUCTS THAT I'VE PAID FOR ON THE FRONT END, THAT'S WHY I STOPPED GOING TO VISIONWORKS AT OAK COURT MALL, *** POOR SERVICES.
