I was excited when Visionworks opened in Millbury.After an exam somewhere else, I went to Visionworks expecting to get two pair of glasses for the price of one, as advertised on television.
Worker said only using internet coupon. I've seen the ad since. internet coupon not mentioned in the ad. The workers give out the wrong information on insurance, then confused the whole issue with other "deals" and offers.
And took 90 minutes to get through all the paperwork. In addition the glasses weren't ready in the 10 days mentioned.
Instead, I got a call that they'd call when they were ready.All in all, a horrible experience and I'll never go back.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of false television advertising and horrible customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of visionworks buy one get one deal and associated monetary loss in the amount of $466. Visionworks needs to "advertisement offers a second pair free. i want a second pair free" according to poster's claims.
