Two years ago come June I purchased my glasses at VisionWorks at SouthLake Mall Merriville Indiana I weat TriFocals I returned 5 different times to tell them I could not see out of the lens they provided for me after getting no satisfaction I gave up and carried a magnifying glass with me after all headaches and ect. when my year was up and ready for a new exam I chose a different place after they inspected my glasses they told me it was no wonder I couldn't read anything because the frame I chose they did not imform me that it was to small for the priscription I needed instead the lab cut off almost all the Bifocal part of the Lens to fit into the frame and I went a year like this due to their Bad mistake
