Visionworks - Defective frames

Today I took in my second pair of broken frames, the left hinge broke on both pair, I feel that they need to be reeplaced at no charge for being defective, they want $92 for them, thats with a 25% discount....I had surgery, so I'm not working yet...I cant afford that!! I'll never buy glasses there again!!

Visionworks - I was treated unfairly

I walked into Visionworks on Friday afternoon waited for an hour and 45 minutes and was told the doctor can't see me today you're welcome to walk in tomorrow which will be Saturday morning I got there just before 10 a.m. and I was told the doctor couldn't see me again today so therefore you're going to take walk-ins I'm asking I didn't get a response
