Visionworks - TRIED TWICE,GLASSES STILL NOT CORRECT.
HAD 1ST. EYE EXAM IN THIER STORE.
1ST.PAIR OF GLASSES WE NOT CORRECT. WERE PROGRESSIVE BI-FOCALS. THE IST. DR.
WAS IN SUCH A HURRY THE ENTIRE EXAM,I WAS WORRY ABOUT A CORRECT EXAM.AFTER THE 1ST.PAIR WERE NOT CORRECT,THEY SET UP ANOTHER EXAM WITH A DIFFERENT DR.-IN THEIR STORE. SHE SAID,YES THE 1ST.SCRIPT WAS NOT CORRECT. THEY ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR. THEY WE ALSO NOT RIGHT.
DISTANCE WAS GOOD,BUT READING WAS NOT. THIS ALL TOOK JUST OVER A MONTH.SAID I NEEDED GLASSES NOW SO I WANTED MY MONEY BACK, SO I COULD GO ELSEWHERE. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. THE ONLY THING WAS, I PAID CASH-$348.00.
THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND THEN. CORPERATE WOULD HAVE TO MAIL ME A CHECK. 1-2 WEEKS. 2 WEEKS,STILL WAITING FOR CHECK.PEOPLE IN THE STORE WERE NICE, BUT,NOT GOOD IF THEY CAN'T MAKE GLASSES PROPERLY!
AFTER MY PROBLEMS I READ THEIR REVIEWS ONLINE--MANY MANY COMPLAINTS. MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY!!!
