the optomitrist told me my prescription would probably be wrong because he refused to adjust the hiegth of the exam equipment. when I got my glasses, I ordered tinted /black for driving.

They were done in brown. so after 3 calls to corporate, several trips, they blew me off for 21 days - it's been 3 weeks, I still have the wrong script and cannot drive, and my glasses are still brown.

Really poor customer service attitude - even after I asked them to re-check my eyes - at my own cost and correct the tint - at my expense. Returning them today.

Monetary Loss: $241.
