a 5:30 appointment turned into a 2 1/2 hour ordeal of waiting and waiting not only that but why on Earth should it take 50 minutes to get a pair of specs?They company does not staff their stores with enough employees and obviously do not know how to keep appointments....

Visionworks - No Walk In Service

went in to the san tan mall location. they claim to have walk in in service. no customers in the store but they cant do an eye exam, which you need to get glasses. their staff was also very rude.
