I called vision works 7/29/19. I spoke with Karen at Vision works on Route 22 Springfield nj.
She explain they were booked and couldn't take anyone. She told me to call 7/30/19. Which i did call Vision works to come in as a walk in. I gave my policy information.
That Karen asked for she stated I would be put in the system so it's wouldn't take up time when. She took all my new information. I come in to my appointment. Vision works on route 22 had none of my updated information.
Leslie the the retail supervisor had no sympathey. I explained I drove an hour away. Nobody cared because my Hmo started the next day. They couldve told me all of this on the phone before I came down.
I will never go to a Vision works again because that place was the horrible. The worst experience ever with Vision works.
